What You Need to Know

Every Item is made to order, which means we take pride in making sure your order is made with quality and care.
Orders are processed and packaged 7-10 business days from the order date.
This also depends if the item is more complex and/or needs to be personalized. Custom items can take up to 2-3 weeks but rest assured we will work with you on the timing to ensure timely delivery.
Please be advised International orders will have to pay all duties and customs fee when they arrive
Current shipping times currently vary depending on the postal service delays we are facing and this is something that is beyond our control.
Local Pick Up (Miami Only) is free of charge! One your order is ready, we will notify you via email and make pick up arrangements. Please choose local pick up at check out.

Since each item is custom and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products . Of course, we want you to be happy with your purchase, contact us if you have any issues.
Drinkware (cups, mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, etc) are handmade and delicate items and require more care. These items are "Hand Wash Only" and cannot be soaked, and are are not microwave or dishwasher safe (even on the top rack).
